Meshylle Martin-Ferido, DNP, PMHNP-BC, FNP-C, is a dedicated Doctor of Nursing Practice with extensive experience in psychiatric and mental health care. As a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner, she provides comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and personalized treatment for a wide range of mental health conditions. Dr. Martin-Ferido is committed to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to each individual’s unique needs and goals. Her approach emphasizes collaboration, education, and thoughtful treatment planning to support lasting emotional wellness. She began her nursing career after earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2006 and has since advanced her education with a Master of Science in Family Nurse Practice and a Doctor of Nursing Practice with a focus in Psychiatric and Mental Health. Her professional experience includes respected organizations such as Kaiser Permanente, Molina Healthcare, and Novum Behavioral Health, where she has consistently prioritized patient-centered, high-quality care.

Yesenia Gonzalez Tapia, LCSW is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who supports children, teens, adults, and families through life’s challenges with warmth, structure, and compassionate care. She has experience helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, family stress, life transitions, crisis situations, and the need for greater stability and emotional support. Yesenia earned her Master of Social Work from California State University, Northridge and brings a strong background in outpatient mental health, assessment, treatment planning, crisis support, safety planning, clinical documentation, and multidisciplinary collaboration. Yesenia is passionate about creating a safe, respectful, and supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered. Her approach is client-centered, culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and strengths-based, with a focus on helping clients build coping skills, strengthen insight, and move toward meaningful growth. She incorporates evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, solution-focused interventions, psychoeducation, and individualized treatment planning. Alejandra Mendez, MSW, ACSW is an Associate Clinical Social Worker who supports adults, families, and seniors across all stages of healing, from crisis to stability. As a Latina and child of immigrants, she centers cultural humility, accessibility, and compassion in her work, creating a safe, confidential, and nurturing environment where clients can heal, grow, and feel supported during life’s most difficult moments. Alejandra earned her Master of Social Work from California State University, Monterey Bay in 2023 and offers therapy in English and Spanish through in-person and virtual sessions. Her person-centered, trauma-informed approach is holistic and integrative, and thoughtfully tailored to each client’s unique needs. Informed by evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness practices, and strengths-based approaches, her work focuses on reducing shame and stigma while supporting clients as they navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, family and relationship stress, and serious mental health conditions, fostering greater peace and emotional well-being.

Maxine Davis, MA, MS, AMFT is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who works with children, adolescents, adults, and families. She supports clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, self-esteem concerns, family transitions, parenting challenges, and identity-related issues. Maxine holds a Master of Arts in Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Alliant International University. She also earned a Master of Science in Psychology with a specialization in Child and Adolescent Development from Capella University. Maxine believes healing begins in spaces where clients feel seen, understood, and supported. As an African American woman, she values culturally responsive, inclusive, and identity-affirming care. She is committed to increasing access to mental health services for diverse communities. Her clinical work is grounded in client-centered, trauma-informed, and strengths-based approaches. Maxine integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Narrative Therapy into her practice. She also incorporates expressive arts-informed interventions to support meaningful and lasting growth.
