We believe mental health care should feel human, not clinical or out of reach.
Founded in Reseda, Los Angeles, by a minority businesswoman with over a decade of experience in healthcare and caregiving, One Heart was born from lived experience.
Our founder’s journey as a working mother and caregiver to a chronically ill parent revealed how difficult it can be to find accessible, compassionate mental health support, especially for seniors, women, caregivers, and families balancing so much with so little help.
That experience shaped our mission: to bridge the gap between community need and quality mental health care.
Our approach is centered on creating a safe, nurturing, and confidential environment where clients can heal, grow, and feel valued.
We understand the profound impact of trauma and are dedicated to helping clients achieve a sense of peace, stability, and emotional well-being.
To walk with you through every stage of healing — from crisis to stability — with compassion, expertise, and community connection.
As well as empower you to lead healthier, happier lives by providing accessible, high-quality mental health services in a supportive and confidential environment.
Our role is to fill the gaps where traditional healthcare and social systems leave people without support, ensuring that no one has to face life’s hardest moments alone.
