Skills Building & Development

Skills Building and Development involves training provided to an eligible client, their Legally Authorized Representative (LAR), or primary caregiver on behalf of the client. This training focuses on:

  • Addressing challenges related to serious mental illness (SMI) and its symptoms that interfere with the client’s ability to function in their living, working, and learning environments.
  • Creating opportunities for the client to develop and enhance essential skills needed to function as independently and effectively as possible within the community.

At One Heart Behavioral Health, our Skills Building and Development services are designed to empower individuals with the tools and knowledge necessary to improve their daily lives and overall well-being.
